A Discussion of the Cultivation Mechanism for Young Teachers in Agricultural Universities

针对农科高校青年师资队伍的现状,做好青年教师培养规划、营造青年教师成长的环境、丰富师资培养内容方式和做好青年教师培养工作的相关制度安排,提出完善农业院校青年师资队伍培养机制的对策。

Based on a discussion of the status quo of young teachers in agricultural universities, this paper offers some suggestions of upgrading this work, including making a good plan of cultivation, creating a favorable environment, enriching the contents of cultivation work, making related institutional arrangements and improving the mechanism for young teacher cultivation.
