摘要 研制一种基于金属悬臂梁的口周肌压力传感器,采用电阻应变片作为力学信号转换元件,对传感器进行标定,对其防水性能、温度补偿功能等指标进行测试,该传感器具有体积小、性能稳定、高精度、高灵敏度、防水性能良好的特点,可用于多种微弱压力信号的采集。 A perioral intramuscular force sensor based on metal cantilever beam was developed. It was characterized by it's httle size, stability, higher accuracy and sensitivity, and it's good waterproof quality. It also can be used in collecting other feeble signals of force.
