摘要 在现代自动控制系统中,为了尽可能地减小工人的劳动强度和提高工作效率,利用PLC技术和数字PID算法,对传统的机械手控制系统进行了智能化的改造,研制了智能机械手.理论分析和实验结果表明:该系统可对机械手实施测控任务,实现机械手的智能化控制,从而提高了机械手的工作效率和可靠性.可广泛应用于自动控制领域. In the modem control systems, in order to reduce labor intension of workers and improve work efficiency, it utilizes the technology of PLC and the scheme of digital PID. One designs intelligentized manipulator through intelligentized rebuilding for traditional control system of manipulator. The analysis of theory and the result of experiment show that the system can achieve the task of measurement and control for manipulator, and implement the intelligent control. So it improves work efficiency and stability of manipulator greatly, which can be applied in the field of control widely.
