摘要
本研究报告提出了利用3G公用网传输广播级广播电视节目的解决方案,试图依靠先进的编码压缩技术,速率同步多信道分集技术,防抖声音图像合成技术,将高码率广播级声音图像,在3G公用网中进行传输,以满足单人、任一地点、任一时段及运动中等复杂环境下,广播电视新闻采集和直播的需要。
This article describe that a TV news collection and live TV may be transmitted over third generation. Technology key ：advanced coding and decoding technique , TS divided , time and frequency synchronization multichannel demultiplexed dither signal processing. It meet demand by reporter in the ins and the outs （for example .to move or act with speed or haste）what a TV new collection and live TV transmitted system over third generation .
