电阻焊机主晶闸管门极的保护

摘要 对使用小容量辅助晶闸管触发主晶闸管的分级式触发电路,分析指出了施加于主晶闸管的触发电压幅值随焊接规范和网压的变化而变化;这种情况下对主晶闸管门极采取保护措施显得尤为必要; This paper has analysised series triggering circuit which main thyristors are triggered by small capacity secondary thyristor. The experiments results show that the maximun triggering voltage changed with the weld parameters and the voltage of electric net. Under the above mentioned conditions, it is necessary to protect the gate pole of the pramary thyristors. Finally protection methods have been provided in this paper which includes over current protection circuit and over voltage protection circuit.
