负载型催化剂Cu(phen)_2L/SAPO-34(L=丁二酸)的合成及催化性能研究

摘要 采用水热合成法合成SAPO-34分子筛,以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷修饰,将其表面官能化;将合成的金属配合物固载于官能化的分子筛SAPO-34之中制得负载型催化剂,并对其催化性能予以考察。通过金属离子含量测定以及XRD、BET、FT-IR等表征手段表明,所合成的分子筛经过固载金属配合物,分子筛本身的孔道结构并没有改变,所合成的固载金属配合物分子筛具有较好的催化活性,并且在以乙腈为溶剂,反应温度在70~90℃,反应时间在10~12h为最佳反应条件,此条件下环己烷转化率和环己酮收率分别达到50.53%和74.6%;所合成的催化剂具有一定的重复使用性。 The SAPO-34 molecular sieve were prepared by hydrothermal method, functionalized SAPO-34 molecular sieve by γ-aminopropyl; The metal eomplexe has been immobilized on functionalized SAPO-34 molecular sieve. The sample is characterized by XRD,BET,IR and metal content determining techniques.The catalytic properties of the prepared catalyst have been studied by the oxidation of eyclohexane as an oxidant. The catalytic results show the catalyst has the better activity and stability in cyclohexane oxidation. The best reaction condetion is when aeetonitrile has been used as solvent, reaction time between 10-12 h, reaction temperature .Under this condetion, conversion of cyelohexane is 50.53 % ,yield of cyclohexanone is 74.6 %.The sample prepared can be used repeating.
