摘要
长庆油田某净化厂300×10~4m^3/d的脱硫脱碳装置,由于原料气气质较脏,原有的原料气过滤器过滤效果不佳,使大量杂质随原料气带入溶液系统,导致溶液浊度上升,富液滤芯更换频繁,吸收塔拦液频繁。由于大量杂质的存在,使高温低压的再生系统产生大量的电化学腐蚀,导致设备和管线严重腐蚀。增设了一台高效的HGSD/150型原料气精细过滤器后,存在问题逐渐解决。主要对天然气净化厂原料气前处理的技术的比较,并增加HGSD/150型原料气精细过滤器,通过对其前、后的运行情况分析及经济效益的比较,评价该设备的运行效果。
The purification plant with 300×10^4 throughputs in Chang Qing was not stable for a long time as it took changing filter core rod. This phenomenon resulted from the dirty sour gas and the poor filter, which in turn much impurity was brought into solution system; the solution turbidity went up; and the filter core rod of rich solution changed frequently. Furthermore, as much turbidity existed in the solution system, reviving system of high temperature and lower pressure came into electrochemistry corrosion on pipe and machine. We solved these problems by adding a sort of higher efficient delicate filter. This article analyzes the operation and economic benefit after adding the efficient delicate filter so as to evaluate the operation of the equipment.
