36例阴性乳腺病灶的诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of 36 cases with untouched breast lesions

目的探讨触诊阴性乳腺病灶的临床表现特点和诊治方法。方法回顾性分析36例触诊阴性乳腺病灶的临床资料。结果36例中良性病变30例,恶性病变6例,经过治疗后均无病生存,并发症少。结论只要把握好手术适应证,合理确诊,不会给患者带来不必要的负担。

Objective To discuss the palpation the clinical characteristics and diagnosis methods of untouched breast lesions. Methods Review analyzed the features of 36 cases with untouched breast lesions. Results There were 30 cases of benign lesions,6 cases of malignant lesions. After treatment,all the patients were alive. Conclusion So long as grasp the adapt of surgery,use the reasonable diagnosis,we can bring the nonessential burden to the patients.
