降钙素基因相关肽与脑血管疾病的关系研究进展

降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)广泛分布于中枢及周围神经系统,参与多种生理活动。笔者现对CGRP及其受体的分子生物学特性、分布、CGRP与缺血性脑血管病、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑梗死、脑出血等脑血管疾病方面进行综述如下。

Caleitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP） is widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous system, and involved in diverse physiological functions. The author now reviewed the recent advances of CGRP and its receptor from the view of its molecular biologic characteristics, distribution, synthesis of neurotransmitters, changes after various eerebrovaseular disease, and so on.
