摘要
随着信息技术、知识技能更新周期不断加快,广泛地获取和应用知识变得愈加重要。对此,国外学者大力倡导非正式学习的合理运用。对非正式学习的内涵和特点进行梳理,重点分析学校职业教育中运用非正式学习的可能性,最后提出整合非正式学习和正式学习。
With information technology, knowledge and skills speeding up its updating cycle, it has become increasingly important to access broad knowledge and apply them. In this regard, foreign scholars advocate the appropriate application of informal learning. On analyzing the connotation and the characteristics of informal learning, this paper discusses the possibility of the application of informal learning in secondary vocational schools, and finally comes to inclusion of integrating informal learning and formal learning.
