高职学生校外实训绩效考核方案初探

Research on Performance Assessment Schema for Higher Vocational Students in Outside-school Training

校外实训是高职实践教学的重要环节,对学生实践能力提高和职业综合素质培养起着关键作用。但目前我国对高职学生校外实训绩效尚无可测量的统一标准,实训质量难以保证,导致高职毕业生的社会认可度不高。本文试图在考察和学习国外职业教育实训考核经验的基础上,建立一个符合我国高职实际的校外实训绩效考核方案,通过定性评估与定量考核相结合的人才评价方法,在实训绩效指标的指导下,全面度量学生的实践技能和职业综合素质,以提高高职毕业生的就业率与就业质量。

Outside-school training is an important link in higher vocational education, which plays a key role in the cultivation of higher vocational education students＇ practical skills and comprehensive vocational quality. In this paper, we establish a performance assessment schema for outside-school training which is suitable for the reality of our country based on investigation and study of performance assessment system of foreign higher vocational schools. The schema stresses the integration of qualitative evaluation and quantitative assessment, so it can comprehensively measure both practical skills and comprehensive vocational quality of students.
