摘要
性别敏感教育的基本主张是:重视性别差异而不为其束缚;赋予女性以发声的权利;采取灵活的教育组织形式;引导男女两性成长为"完整的人"。由于性别地位和性别角色差异广泛渗透于成人的生活世界,是影响成人教育的重要因素,因此开展成人教育必须坚持性别敏感原则:引导成人树立科学的性别差异观;关照女性教育;尊重并融合性别差异。
The basic standpoints of gender sensitive education include the following views： emphasizing the gender difference without being restricted, endowing the female with vocal right, adopting flexible educational organizational types, and guiding the male and female to grow up into a ＂full person＂. Since the obvious difference of sex status and the sex roles penetrating in the adult＇s real life, which is the important factors of the adult education, the development of the adult education should insist the sex sensitive principle： guiding the adult to set up the scientific view of gender differences; paying attention to the female education; respecting and fusing sex difference.
