摘要
目前,对职业学校学生进行切实有效的教学管理是摆在每一个教师面前的课题,教师要给这些学生更多的关爱,激发他们的学习动机,保护他们的自尊心,树立他们的自信心,使教学工作步入正轨,培养出符合社会需求的人才。
Effective teaching administration of the vocational school students is a task every teacher must cope with. More love should be given to the students to inspire their learning motives, to protect their proper pride and to set up their self-confidence so as to get teaching into right track and bring up the talents that society needs.
