摘要
本文针对轧机开卷机、卷取机和轧机本体的三大传动减速箱具有负载大、速度高、连续运转时间长和通风条件差的特点,介绍了轧机三大传动减速箱润滑方式的选择,通过实例计算分析了几种冷却润滑量计算公式的优缺点,提出了适合轧机减速箱的润滑油用量计算公式。
In accordance to the characteristic of heavy load, high speed, long-time continuous operation and poor ventilation conditions of three drive reducers on mill decoiler, coiler and mill stand, this article introduces the choice of lubricating mode for three drive reducers of rolling mill; calculates and analyses advantages and disadvantages of several calculation formulas for cooling lubricant; puts forward calculation formula suitable for lubricating oil consumption of mill reducer.
