乳粉中三聚氰胺检测能力验证研究

摘要 目的:了解国内食品实验室的三聚氰胺的检测能力和水平,识别实验室间存在的差异,帮助相关实验室掌握三聚氰胺检测的关键技术,督促其保持和提高三聚氰胺的检测能力。方法:采用包括方案设计、样品制备、均匀性试验、稳定性试验和结果统计等方法,对全国577个食品检测实验室乳粉中三聚氰胺的检测能力进行了分析。结果:三聚氰胺的检测满意率为76.4%,补测合格率为83.8%。结论:大部分食品实验室具备检测三聚氰胺的能力。可疑和不满意实验室通过分析实验中存在的问题,能够查找不足并采取相应的改进措施,绝大多数实验室补测结果满意。 Objective:It is able to conduce food inspection laboratories in domestic to master the key technology and promote them to maintain and improve their testing capacity by understanding their capability and level and identifying differences between the laboratories for melamine testing. Methods :577 laboratories in China were analyzed and evaluated by many methods including project design, sample preparation, homogeneity and stability test, results statistic analysis and so on, in the proficiency test (PT) of determination of melamine in milk powder. Results:The results showed that 76. 4% laboratories have satisfactory results in melamine testing and pass rate of supplementary testing results is 83.8%. Conclusion: Most laboratories taking part in the PT have good competence in analyzing melamine. Suspicious and dissatisfied laboratories can search deficiencies and take the correspending improvement measures through the analysis of existing problem, the vast majority of supplementary testing results are qualified.
