SPME-GC法同步分析水中多环芳烃和酞酸酯 被引量:5

Fast analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and phthalic ester in water by SPME-GC

摘要 目的:研究一种同时测定水中两种多环芳烃(萘、蒽)和三种酞酸酯(邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯)的固相微萃取-气相色谱(SPME-GC)方法。方法:选用85μm PA纤维,恒温45℃,稳定的磁力搅拌萃取60 min,带FID检测器的毛细管气相色谱分离分析。结果:该方法具有良好的精密度(RSD在5.71%~8.84%间),加样回收率在82.3%~119.6%间。结论:该方法首次实现了两种多环芳烃和三种酞酸酯类物质的同时测定,具有快速、准确和方便等优点。 Objective:To establish an analytical method for simultaneous measurement of naphthalin, anthracene, dimethyl phthalate, dioctylphthalate and Di - (2 -ethylhexyl) phthalate in water samples. Methods:The extraction was carried out at 45℃ for 60 minutes using 85 um PA fiber as the solid phase and then used gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector ( GC - FID) to analyze. Results:The method showed good precision (RSD was in 5. 71% - 8. 84% ) and a recovery rate of 82. 3% - 119. 6%. Conclution:This method is a rapid one for simultaneous determination of two polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and three phthalic esters. It is simple, fast, precise, sample - efficient and solvent - free.
