摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时检测饮用水中甲萘威、莠去津含量的方法。方法:样品以二氯甲烷提取,旋转蒸发近干,甲醇定容,甲醇-水为流动相,二极管阵列检测器检测,流速1.0 ml/min。结果:甲萘威、莠去津检测限分别为0.05、0.15 mg/L。在添加量10-30μg范围内,回收率在90.8%-99.7%,相对标准偏差0.72%~1.20%。结论:高效液相色谱法同时检测水中甲萘威、莠去津残留量的方法,定性准确,操作快速,结果准确、可靠。
Objective: To establish a method to examine carbaryl and atrazine in drinking water by HPLC at same time. Methods:The examined sample was chosen by dichloromethane and rotary vapoured to almost dry, use methylalcohol solute it,use to set dosage,use methylalochol and water as fluent, detected by photodiode array detector, the speed of fluent was 1.0 m per minute. Results:The least limit of detection was 0. 05 mg per litre and 0. 15 mg per litre each one. In the scope of add standard solution from 10 mg to 30 mg,the rate of recovery was from 90. 8% to 99. 7% ,the RSD from 0. 72% to 1.20%. Condusion: The method of examining carbaryl and atrazine in drinking water by HPLC has the accuracy in determining its speciality. The operation is fast. Its result is precise and believable.
