摘要
目的:自来水和尿样中痕量钼的测定。方法:合成了新荧光试剂2-羟基苯乙酮苯甲酰腙(HAPBH),研究了试剂与钼的荧光反应条件。结果:在pH=4.0的溶液中,该试剂与钼形成稳定的配合物,配合物的激发和发射波长为λex/em=306/437 nm。结论:荧光强度与钼的浓度在0-120μg/L内成线性关系,检出限为0.057μg/L,方法成功的应用于自来水和尿样中痕量钼的测定。
Objective:To determine trace amounts of molybdenum in running water and urine. Methods:A fluorescent reagent 2 - hydroxyacetophenone benzoylhydrazone (HAPBH) was synthesized. The fluorescent reaction of this reagent with molybdenum was studied. Results:Molybdenum could form a stable complex with 2 - hydroxyacetophenone benzoylhydrazone ( HAPBH), in the solution at pH 4.0. The Mo - HAPBH complex has excitation and emission maxima at 306 and 437 nm, respectively. Conclusion:The linear range of the method is from 0 to 120ug/L and the detection limit is 0. 057 ug/L of molybdenum. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of molybdenum in running water and urine.
