摘要
目的:建立工业用氢氧化钠溶液中碳酸盐的检测方法。方法:样品稀释25倍后,经MetroSep Organic Acid柱进行分离,用离子色谱法检测。结果:在1.0~500 mg/L浓度范围内,碳酸盐工作曲线的相关系数r大于0.999,回收率在98%~101.1%之间,碳酸盐的检测限为0.1μg/L。结论:该方法能很好地满足工业用氢氧化钠溶液中碳酸盐的含量测定。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of carbonate in industrial sodium solution. Methods:After being diluted for 25 times, sample was separated by MetroSep Organic Acid column and determined with ion chromatography (IC). Results:The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 1.0 - 500 mg/L (r 〉0. 999). The recovery of the method was 98% - 101.1% and the detection limit 0. 1 ug/L. Conclusion:This method is suitable for determination of carbonate in industrial sodium solution.
