摘要
目的:建立作业场所空气中臭氧的测定新方法。方法:空气中臭氧与丁子香酚(4-烯丙基-2-甲氧基苯酚)生成的甲醛,在吸收液中与4-氨基-3-联氨-5-巯基-1,2,4-三氮杂茂(AHMT)缩合,再被高碘酸钾氧化成紫红色6-巯基-5-三氮杂茂[4,3-b]-S-四氮杂苯,在550 nm测定其含量。结果:以2 L/min流量采集15 min空气样品时,臭氧浓度在0.026~0.984 mg/m3内,相关系数r=0.9997,最低检出浓度为0.20μg/5 ml,加标回收率在92.3%~97.7%之间。结论:该方法灵敏快速,不用有毒和致癌物质,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为作业场所中臭氧的测定方法。
Objective:To establish a determination method of ozone in air of workshop by AHMT - spectrophotometry. Methods:Formaldehyde made by ozone in air reacting with eugenol (4 - sllyl - 2 - methoxy phenlo) reacted with 4 - amino - 3 - hydrazino - 5 - mercapto - 1,2,4 - triazole (AHMT) to purplish red compound 6 - mercapto - S - triazole [ 4,3 - b ] - S - tetrazole , which could be measured at a wavelength of 550nm by spectrophotometry. Results: The linearity ranged between 0. 026 - 0. 984 mg/m^3. The recovery rate was 92. 3% -97.7% The lowest determination limit was 0. 20 ug/5 ml. Conclusion:The method is simple,easy and highly toxic substance not used in determining course. And determining result is exact,reliable and good.
