GC-MS法同时测定蔬菜中7种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留

Determination of residues of 7 kind of carbamate pesticites in vegetables by gas chromatography mass spectrometry

目的：建立一种同时检测7种氨基甲酸酯类农药-抗蚜威、速灭威、克百威、甲萘威、异丙威、残杀威、仲丁威快速灵敏的分析方法。方法：采用气质联用的方法,同时对蔬菜中的7种氨基甲酸酯类农药进行定性及定量分析。结果：该方法对7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的回收率在69.3%-106.1%之间,RSD〈6%。结论：应用本方法对20种蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药进行测定,阳性率4.9%。实践证明本方法选择性好、分辨率高、灵敏度高,符合分析要求,具有简单、快速的特点。

Objective： To establish an analytical method for determination of seven kind of carbamates in vegetables. Methods： Using GC/MS to finish qualitative and quantitative determination of 7 kinds of carbamates pesticides in vegetable. Results：The recovery was 69. 3% - 106. 1%. RSD was less than 8%. Conclusion：This method is sensitive and accurate. It has been used to analyze the residue of carbamates in 20 kinds of vegetables and the positive rate is 4. 9%.
