摘要
目的:探讨样本采集季节和时间对临床化学指标的影响。方法:采集2004~2007年参加I期临床试验的健康男性青年的血液标本,545份标本按季节分组,应用t检验方法比较夏季和冬季组检测结果的差异。247名受试者分别于上午和下午采集标本,应用配对t检验方法进行统计分析,比较不同采集时间对检测结果的影响。结果:ALT水平夏季比冬季组低14.5%,Cre、TBil和Mg水平夏季比冬季组分别高10.2%、16.8%和8.1%。TG水平上午比下午低14.9%,TBil水平上午比下午高11.1%。结论:标本采集季节和时间对部分临床化学的检测结果产生影响,临床医生在对检验结果进行判断时应考虑该因素的影响。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of seasonal and diurnal variation on biochemical serum parameters. Methods:The blood samples were collected from healthy male subjects between 2004 and 2007. 545 samples were divided into 2 groups according to season. A t test analysis was used to compare the difference between summer and winter groups. The blood samples of 247 volunteers were collected in the morning and afternoon, respectively. Statistical comparison of the biochemical analyses in different time groups were done using paired t test. Results:The ALT level was decreased ( 14. 5% ) in summer group relative to winter group. The levels of Cre,TBil and Mg in summer group were found to have means 10. 2% ,16. 8% and 8. 1% higher than winter group, respectively. The TG level in the morning was decrease ( 14. 9% ) comparing with the afternoon. The TBil level in the morning was increase ( 11.1% ) comparing with the afternoon. Conclusion: Some biochemical analytes are significantly associated with seasonal variation and sample collection time. We suggest that seasonal and diurnal variation must be taken into consideration for the correct interpretation of clinical chemistry.
