Analysis of sentinel surveillance results from one storage battery factory

摘要 目的:掌握哨点职业病防治工作现状,规范职业病防治与监督行为,提高工作水平;建立职业病监测网络,完善职业病报告系统,了解某企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度。方法:按照国家有关标准的要求,对该企业进行工作场所职业病危害因素识别和卫生检测,并对其危害因素及其现状进行分析。结果:粉尘检测27个点次,达标率100%;毒物铅30个点次,超标达60%。硫酸9个点次,超标达22%。噪声检测30个点次,超标率53.3%。结论:该企业生产工艺过程中铅、硫酸及噪声存在严重的职业病危害因素,应加强卫生监督。 Objective:To obtain the understanding of sentinel occupational disease prevention and control work status, which could be beneficial to regulate occupational disease prevention and monitoring behavior, establish an occupational disease surveillance network and improve the occupational disease reporting system. Methods: We take an occupational diseases hazards identification and health detection in production workplace of one storage battery factory in accordance with relevant national standards. Then we analyze the hazards factors and its current situation. Results:The test result indicates that dust detection is 100% compliance with 27 points times. 30 point times toxicology lead detected, the excessive rate is 60%. 9 point times sulfuric acid detected, the excessive rate is 22%. 30 point times noise detected, the excessive rate is 53.3%. Conclusion: From the above analysis, we can draw a conclusion that the lead, sulfuric acid and impatient voice in the production process have serious occupational hazards; the health supervision should be strengthened.
