兰州市城乡中小学生血红蛋白检测结果分析

Analysis of Hb content of students in primary and middle schools of Lanzhou

目的:了解兰州市城乡中小学生血红蛋白水平,掌握学生体质健康情况。方法:采用整群分层抽样法,随机抽取兰州市城乡不同年龄中小学生为研究对象,采用氰化高铁法测定血红蛋白含量。结果:检测兰州市城乡中小学生2092人,低血红蛋白81人,患病率为3.87%,其中男女患病率分别为3.42%、4.36%;城乡学生患病率分别为2.96%、4.72%,各年龄组之间贫血存在一定差异,以低年龄组为高,随年龄增加呈下降趋势。结论:低血红蛋白对中小学生生长发育有严重影响,应采取综合防治措施,降低贫血的发生,使中小学生健康成长。

Objective：To understand the students＇ Hb content in primary and middle schools of Lanzhou, and grasp the health state of the students. Methods： The students were samped randomly to test the Hb content by the way of HiCN in Lanzhou. Results：There were 81 students with disease of lower Hb content among 2092 students, the rate was 3. 87%. The rate of disease in boys and girls was 3.42% and 4. 36% , respectively. The rate of disease in city and country was 2. 96% and 4. 72%, respectively. The anaemia between different ages exist disparity, and it decreases following the age increasing. Conclusion：The low Hb content influences the growth and development of the students in primary and middle schools. So we shotdd take measures to decrease the amount of anaemic students and make them grow up healthy.
