摘要
采用平面轴对称计算模型,对某水电站垫层蜗壳进行平面非线性有限元分析,并对钢蜗壳与外围混凝土之间设置柔性垫层的4个方案进行计算,探讨了垫层包角对蜗壳结构的影响规律;对接触摩擦节点模型和常规共节点模型计算结果的对比表明,模型的建立和应用是合理和可靠的;并探讨了利用弹簧间隙元代替垫层实体元的可行性,从而为工程建设提供参考依据。
The plane axial symmetric calculation model was adopted to analyze the cushion spiral case of a hydropower station by the plane nonlinear finite element analysis method. Then four alternatives of soft cushion layer between the steel spiral case and outside concrete have been calculated and has discussed how the different cushion layer range bring influence law on the spiral case. The calculation results of contact model and common node model were compared to prove that the establishment and application of plane contact model are reasonable and reliable. Then it discusses the feasibility of using spring-gap element to replace the cushion entity element, which provides the reference basis for the construction of project.
