摘要
目前,隧洞是否需要固结灌浆,仅凭设计者经验而定,从电站综合效益角度考虑的较少。为此,根据规范要求,进行技术经济比较,从电站综合效益出发推导出一套计算公式。以小孤山工程为例,计算得到其固结灌浆标准为10Lu。按此标准施工后,实测隧洞的渗透量为1.8L/s·km,电站效益良好。
Whether tunnel needs consolidation grouting or not, the designers determine it according to their experience and less consideration on the comprehensive benefits of hydropower station. For this reason, according to the requirements of codes, the technical and economical comparison is made and then a set of calculation equations were derived from the comprehensive benefits of the station. Taking the Xiaogushan hydropower project as an example, it is calculated that the standard of consolidation grouting is 10 Lu. After the completion of the project according to this standard, the measured infiltration capacity of tunnel is 1.8L/s·kin, which shows the benefits of the station is good..
