Development and Exploration of Environment Protection and Water-soil Conservation Supervision for Hydropower Project

简要阐述我国水电工程环境保护和水土保持监理工作的发展过程,在总结近年来国内开展的水电工程环境保护和水土保持监理工作经验的基础上,提出了水电工程环境保护和水土保持监理的含义、内容、工作方式、工作制度等,供今后水电工程实践工作参考。

This paper briefly illustrated the development of environment protection and water-soil conservauon supervision of hydropower projects in China. On the basis of summarization of the working experience of the development of environment protection and water-soil conservation supervision of hydropower projects in China in recent years, this paper puts forward the meaning, content, working methods, work systems and so on of environment protection and water-soil conservation supervision of hydropower project, which provides the reference for the future hydropower projects.
