翻模固坡技术在蒲石河面板堆石坝施工中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 结合工程实践,提出了利用混凝土施工模板约束面板堆石坝垫层料填筑和低强度砂浆固坡施工技术;研制了在垫层料中锚固、带楔形板的新型模板翻升系统;形成了一套有效的施工工艺,实现了垫层料填筑与固坡砂浆一次成形。工程实际应用表明,该施工方法能够缩短工期,实现交叉施工,坡面平整度好,厚度均匀,能够很好适应坝体变形,并且能随时具备挡水度汛条件,在面板堆石坝的施工中具有推广的应用前景。 In combination with the project practice, this paper puts forward technology of using concrete forming slab to limit the the cushion material filling of the dam with face slab and using low strength mortar to reinforce slope. The inverting and lifting system for new form was developed, which it is anchored in cushion material. Then the effective construction procedure was formed to make filling bedding stone and enforcing slope into one-through operation. The practical application showed that the proposed operation procedure can shorten operation period, achieve the cross construction, make slope face smooth and thickness uniform, adapt to dam deformation, and have water retaining condition at arty time, so that this new method will have widely application prospects.
