摘要 目的研究骆驼刺[Alhagi pseudalhagi(M.B.)]的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、SephadexLH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从骆驼刺体积分数70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,其中4个异黄酮类化合物:芒柄花素(1),3′,7-二羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮(2),3′,7-二羟基-4′,8-二甲氧基异黄酮(3),红车轴草素(4);2个黄酮类化合物:柽柳素(5),异槲皮苷(6);2个酚酸类化合物:水杨酸(7),香草酸(8);β-谷甾醇(9),胡萝卜苷(10)。结论化合物1~4,7,8均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents ofAlhagipseudalhagi (M.B.) . METHODS The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column, sephadex LH-20 column, and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Ten compounds were obtained and identified as formonoetin ( 1 ), 3', 7-dihydroxyl-4'- methoxylisoflavone(2), 3', 7-dihydroxyl-4', 8-dimethoxylisofiavone(3), pratensein (4), tamarixetin (5), isoquercitrin (6), saliylic acid (7), vanillic acid(8), β-sitisterol(9) and daucosterol(10), respectively. CONCLUSION Compound 1-4, 7 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
