This paper introduces a CAD/CAM system for the design and production of Modular machine tool spindle bOx.Software forward engineering is used to construct the integrated CAD/CAM's connection.Data flow analysis is used to detail explain the plan of the system's CAM module.The interface of the CAM module emphasizes the visibility of CAM data flow,this will be helpful to guarantee the correctness of the sytem's output.
