国际政治背景下的中美能源战略合作

Sino-US Energy Strategic Cooperation from the Perspective of International Politics

能源是中美两国具有共同挑战和共同利益的重要合作领域。能源问题兼具政治、安全与经济的多重含义。因受到政治、安全等因素的影响,中美能源合作并未达到应有的水平。本文在评估中美能源合作现状以及分析制约中美能源合作因素的基础上,从国际政治的角度,提出了中美能源合作的具体建议。

China and the U.S. share common interests on energy issues and should cooperate to face the challenges. Energy issues also have their political,economic and security dimensions. Constrained by political and security factors,Sino-US energy cooperation has not reached an ideal level. This thesis,based on an analysis of the current energy cooperation between the two countries,puts forward concrete proposals for Sino-US energy cooperation from the perspective of international politics.
