摘要
介绍了ATSC-M/H(ATSC-Mobile/Handheld)候选标准的系统框架、帧数据结构和各主要模块(信源编码与压缩、业务复用和传送、RF/传输)的关键技术。详细描述了传输特性中对M/H业务数据的MHE封装、非系统RS编码等处理方法。M/H系统的物理层采用时间分片技术,可有效降低移动终端的平均功耗。最后总结了ATSC-M/H标准的特点,并对移动电视技术进行了展望。
This paper introduces the system framework and frame data structure of ATSC-M/H. and presents key techniques of system components (including source coding and compression, service multiplex and transport, RF/transmission). Also, M/H service data processing, such as MHE encapsulation and non-systematic RS encoding, are described in details. The time slicing technique utilized by M/H system physical layer, which can effectively reduce the average power consumption of mobile terminals is also given. Finally, some features of ATSC-M/H are summarized and the prospect of mobile TV technology is also presented.
