摘要 目的:观察电针(electroacupuncture,EA)对慢性应激大鼠顶皮质和丘脑网状核(thalamic reticular nucleus,TRN)神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响。方法:连续21d给予大鼠各种应激性刺激,并予21d电针治疗,应用免疫组化方法观察慢性应激对大鼠顶皮质和TRN内nNOS的表达,并观察电针治疗后nNOS表达的变化。结果:模型组大鼠顶皮质内nNOS的表达减弱,而TRN内的表达增强;电针后顶皮质内nNOS的表达增强,而TRN内nNOS的表达减弱。结论:电针可调节nNOS在大鼠顶皮质和TRN内的表达。 Objective : To observe the effects of electroacpuncture ( EA ) on the expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in parietal cortex and thalamic reticular nucleus (TRN) of the chronic stress rats. Methods: Thirty SD male rats were randomized into groups of control, experimental model or electroacpuncture treatment with 10 in each. The chronically stressed rats were given diverse kinds of stimulation for 21 days,followed by EA treatment in the next 21 days. Immunohistochemical technique was used to observe and compare the expression of nNOS in pa- rietal cortex and TRN of the controls, experimental models and EA treat- ment. Results : The expression of nNOS in parietal cortex declined for the experimental models while that increased in TRN as compared with that of the controls, nNOS expression in parietal cortex of the EA treatment group increased, but that decreased in TRN in comparison with the experimental models. Conclusion : EA treatment may regulate the expression of nNOS in parietal cortex and TRN of rats.
