60例肾脏肿瘤的超声诊断分析

Ultrasonic diagnosis of kidney tumor in 60 patients

目的:探讨肾脏肿瘤的声像图表现,以提高肾脏肿瘤的诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析术前超声检查的肾脏肿瘤60例。结果:超声显像诊断结果与手术和病理对照,超声定位诊断符合率占95%,定性诊断符合率占90%。肾脏恶性肿瘤组肾动脉峰值流速高于良性肿瘤组(P<0.05),阻力指数(RI)低于良性肿瘤组(P<0.05)。结论:二维超声与彩色多普勒血流成像技术(CDFI)相结合能进一步提高肾脏肿瘤的诊断率。

Objective： To examine the characteristics of ultrasonic image in renal tumors for accurate diagnosis of this disease. Methods ： Sixty eases with kidney tumor were reviewed concerning the pre -operative confirmation by features of the ultrasonic image. Results ： By comparison with the surgical findings and pathological confirmation,57 out of 60 （95%） were coincided with the pre-operative ultrasonic localization and 54 in 60 （90%） were in agreement with the differential diagnosis by pathological grading. The essential demonstration of malignant kidney tumors were characterized by greater renal artery peak velocity and lower resistance index （RI） as compared with the benign ones （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of two-dimensional ultrasonic image and color doppler flow imaging （CDFI） can effectively improve the diagnosis of renal tumors.
