我国对外直接投资的逆向技术溢出效应——基于省际面板数据的实证分析

Reverse Technology Spillover Effect of China's FDI:Empirical Analysis Based on Inter-provincial Panel Data

本文利用2002-2007年省际面板数据研究了我国对外直接投资的短期与长期逆向技术溢出效应。结果表明:短期内我国对外直接投资对总专利、发明和实用新型专利申请有显著的逆向溢出,而长期内只对技术含量较低的外观设计专利申请有显著的逆向溢出。此外,我国对外直接投资的短期、长期逆向技术溢出还存在着地区差异。

Using the inter-provincial panel data from 2002 to 2007 in China, this paper studies the short-term and long-term reverse technology spillover effects of China＇s FDI. It shows that China＇s FDI has significant short-term reverse technology spillover effect on the applications of total patents and inventions and utility model patents, but only has significant long-term reverse spillover effect on the application of design patents. In addition, there are regional differences between the short-term and long-term reverse technology spillover of China＇s FDI.
