采用UG的油缸参数化建模

研究参数化设计方法,对参数化设计的原理和方法以油缸系列产品为例在UG平台上进行验证。通过UG平台的二次开发模块和VC++强大的编程功能,成功实现了油缸系列产品的零件族创建与修改。结果表明:通过开发油缸参数化建模系统,可以减少UG建模过程中繁多的手动操作和系列零/部件的重复设计建模,可大幅度提高产品设计的效率,增强企业竞争力。
