摘要
研究参数化设计方法,对参数化设计的原理和方法以油缸系列产品为例在UG平台上进行验证。通过UG平台的二次开发模块和VC++强大的编程功能,成功实现了油缸系列产品的零件族创建与修改。结果表明:通过开发油缸参数化建模系统,可以减少UG建模过程中繁多的手动操作和系列零/部件的重复设计建模,可大幅度提高产品设计的效率,增强企业竞争力。
Focus on the important research point that is the parameterize design method. Take an experience of parameterize design for the oil cylinder based on platform of UG. Though the strengthen function of UG and VC ++, the product of oil cylinder can be modify in UG window. The oil cylinder parameterize design system can increase the efficiency of modeling and promote the competitive of company.
