摘要
利用ABAQUS软件对几何外形复杂的45钢零件淬火过程温度场进行模拟,得到了45钢零件温度场随淬火时间的分布关系。模拟过程准确、迅速,适用于淬火液的选取及淬火工艺的优化,并为精确计算淬火过程中的热应力、残余应力提供理论依据。
The temperature field in quenching process of 45 steel part is simulated by ABAQUS finite element software, and the relationships between temperature of part and quenching time is obtained. Simulation result is correct and quick, and it can be used to optimize quenching technology and select quenching bath. The most of all, this method can supply the temperature condition in computation of thermal stress and residual stress of quenching process.
