摘要
以小型机械企业大批量生产方形曲面槽类零件为例,提出将C6140普通车床改造成仿形铣床,用于方形曲面槽类零件加工的设计方案,并对方案进行了分析和比较。介绍机床改造的设计思想和方法,设计立铣头和靠模并进行了实践,既满足生产需要,又节省资金,取得良好的效果。
With large batch production of square curved surface slot parts in small scaled machine factory for example, the design scheme with which the C6140 lather reformed imitating miller is put forward used for production of square curved surface slot parts. The analysis and comparison of design project are made. The design thought and method of machine tools reformation are introduced. Design of the vertical mill head and profile modeling are also carried on. This satisfied a production demand, and then saved a funds, obtained good effect.
