摘要
分析数字样机(DMU)和知识工程(KBE)技术的内涵,总结出DMU知识获取方法,解决了面向DMU的KBE系统知识获取问题;提出DMU产品数据管理(PDM)与KBE的集成产品设计新理念。研究基于实例和神经网络的KBE系统设计流程,并给出摩托车设计KBE系统的详细应用实例。
By analyzing the technology composition of Digital Mock-Up (DMU) and Knowledge-Based Engineering (KBE) system, the knowledge acquisition methods is concluded, and the question of knowledge acquisition faced to DMU is solute. A new idea is proposed for product develop based on the integration of DMU, PDM and KBE, and the design flow using in the KBE system is developed based on the product cases and neural network technology. Finally, the KBE system for motorcycle design is described in detail.
