并网风力发电机偏航传动装置设计分析 被引量:7

摘要 目前的水平轴大型并网风力发电机组全部采用主动偏航系统。由于偏航系统的设计及运行质量直接影响风机的正常运行,因而也引起了风机设计制造领域的高度重视。偏航系统包括偏航检测与控制部分、偏航机构、扭缆保护装置三大部分。偏航机构由偏航动力源,偏航传动装置,偏航执行机构,偏航轴承和制动装置组成。通过对偏航机构传动方案、偏航系统功率,偏航系统传动比的分析给出大功率并网风力发电机偏航机构设计的原则、方法及主要参数选择范围和具体设计计算公式。 The initiative yawing system has been entirely applied in the high-power combined net wind-generating set of current horizontal-axis-rotor. The design of the yawing system and operating quality affects the working order of the set; as a result,it causes high importance to the wind energy conversion system design field. The yawing system includes three main parts : the yawing detector and control;the framework and the untwisting cable protector. The yawing framework consists of yawing power recourse, gearing,implement and axis and brake system. Based on the analysis of the scheme of the framework transmission, the systemic power and the transmission ratio, the yawing design fundamental of high-power combined net wind-generating set, the methods, the main preferences range and the specific design calculating formula have been presented.
