Management and Maintenance of an Applied Software System in E-government

应用软件系统是电子政务建设的重要内容。随着电子政务的深入开展,越来越多的应用软件系统开始投入运行,并成为日常工作不可缺少的工具。但如何管好、用好应用软件一直是困扰实际工作的难点问题。应用软件系统的管理及维护需要遵循软件工程的思想,按照便利、实用、高效的原则,开展长期、系统、细致的工作。本文通过总结实际工作经验,围绕应用软件系统管理维护的意义、内容、显现的问题及对策展开论述和探讨。

Applied software is one of the most important composed parts of E - government which is developing progressively in depth. Though more and more applied software systems integrated closely with routine business are putting into functioning nowadays, people are keeping in being puzzled by how to manage and utilize an applied software system effectively. The management and maintenance of an applied software system is a kind of long - term, systematic, complicated and painstaking work which should be carried out in accordance with what is said in software engineering. In this paper, we will discuss the meanings, contents, difficulties and solutions in process of maintaining an applied software by means of summing up practical experience.
