摘要
本文选取中国及周边21个国家和地区基于能源消费的二氧化碳排放量作为环境污染指标,利用空间经济计量方法对中国及其周边国家和地区的环境库兹涅茨曲线进行估计,估计结果显示空间影响显著存在。因此政府在制定环境政策时,不能只考虑本国或本地区的自身要素条件,还要充分分析和利用周边国家和地区的自然和技术条件。
By using the panel data of the emission of CO2 as polluting emission level and spatial econometrics technique, the environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) of China and its neighbouring countries and regions is estimated in this paper. The result shows that the spatial effect is significant. Therefore, the government not only consider this country's or region's own key factor, but also should sufficiently analysis its neighbouring countries and regions natural and technological condition when they make environmental policy.
