摘要
药物在体内的各种平均时间是药物动力学研究的重要指标。通过一种新的矩阵运算定义了导出矩阵,从而解决了药物速率常数转化为转移概率的问题,推导了药物在体内动态过程的吸收马尔可夫链典范式矩阵和基本矩阵,从基本矩阵可得药物在体内各部位吸收、转运和消除的平均时间的计算公式。
Mean times of drug in the body are important pharmacokinetic parameters. A concept of derived matrix is given by introducing a new matrix operation. Based on the derived matrix, we are able to transform the rate constant of drug into transition probability in Markov Chain, so as to derive the canonical matrix and fundamental matrix in Absorbing Markov Chain for the dynamic process of drug in the body. Mean times of absorption, transportation and elimination of drug in different sites of the body can be calculated by the fundamental matrix.
