摘要
概述了食用菌抗病毒蛋白、凝集素、核糖体失活蛋白、免疫调节蛋白的研究现状,提出了食用菌生物活性蛋白研究中存在的问题,并展望了其发展趋势。
This review describes the current research status of bioactive proteins from edible fungi including antiviral proteins, lectins, ribosome inactivating proteins and immunomodulatory proteins. Existing problems and developmental trends associated with these proteins have been discussed.
