摘要 IMS(Information Management System)是一种层次型的数据库管理系统,其数据以一种树型的逻辑拓扑结构进行存储,非常适合支持高可用性、高性能、高容量、低成本的关键性联机应用程序。对IMS系统进行了抽象地分析,介绍了IMS系统的优势,建立了IMS系统的模型结构,并深入分析了IMS的可恢复性以及系统恢复机制。 IMS (Information Management System) is a kind of hierarchical database management system. The data is stored in tree topologie structure. IMS is recognized for providing excellent performance for a wide variety of applications and for performing well with databases of moderate to very large volumes of data and transactions. This article abstractly analyses the IMS system, introduces its advantages, analyses its architecture, constructs its model structure, proves its recoverability and analyses its mechanisms of system recovery.
