摘要
采用正交试验,以玉米皮为原料,研究了微波制备肌醇的最佳工艺条件,并采用高效液相色谱法对肌醇的含量进行了测定。结果表明,最佳制备的工艺条件为提取功率500W,提取温度70℃,反应时间为9min,肌醇得率为1.5024%。
The optimum preparation conditions of inositol from corn bran under microwave by orth ogonal design were studied in this paper,and the content of inositol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. The results showed that the yield is 1.5024 % under the optimal extractive condition of power micro-wave 500 W,temperature 70 ℃ and time 9 min.
