Investigation on Improving the Quality of Questionnaire Design in University Library

图书馆问卷调查是一种从大量被调查者中收集数据的快捷、简便的方法,是图书馆服务数据收集的主要手段。提高图书馆问卷的科学性、合理性和可操作性是问卷设计的核心。针对问卷调查的总体原则、问题设计、发放途径、统计分析等方面,探讨并讨论实践中存在的问题,有效开展高校图书馆问卷调查工作。

In order to improve the management and serve of library system, questionnaire is always a routine and important method for collecting lots of information from the readers quickly and simplify. Scientific nature, rationality and maneuverability are the core in the library questionnaire design. Some problems on overall principles, question design, distribution, statistical analysis in questionnaire are put forward and discussed in this paper. This will be helpful for carrying on survey and interviews for library readers in university.
