图书馆服务中的双重服务就是功能服务和心理服务,功能服务就是要为用户解决实际问题,满足用户对客观知识的需求;心理服务就是理解、尊重、关注每一位用户,使用户接受服务的过程变成一种心理上的愉悦、精神上的享受。要达到用户满意,服务中应二者兼顾。

The double service in the library is the functional service and the psychological service. The functional service is to solve problems for the users and to meet their needs for knowledge. The psychological service is to understand, respect and give special attention to every user, then the whole process becomes very comfortable and enjoyable.
