支持自动分析的列车制动盘有限元分析仿真

摘要 列车制动盘对列车运行安全具有重要作用,通过有限元分析能对制动工况下制动盘的性能进行有效分析仿真。制动盘有限元分析一般需由专业人员采用手动操作分析,难以满足高效、便捷等分析仿真要求。在研究列车制动盘有限元分析具体步骤的基础上,构建了利用VB和APDL实现列车制动盘有限元自动分析仿真的技术方案,开发了列车制动盘温度场有限元自动分析软件,给出了利用该软件系统进行制动盘瞬态温度场有限元自动分析仿真的实例。 The brake discs played an important role on train safety. The performance of train brake disc under braking conditions could be analyzed and simulated effectively through finite element analysis. The finite element analysis was difficult to meet high-efficient and convenient analysis demand. On the basis of discussing the finite element analysis steps of train brake discs, a technology scheme to implement automatic finite element analysis for train brake disc was constructed by using VB and APDL. An automatic finite element analysis software was developed for the temperature-field of train brake disc. An example was given to carry out transient temperature-field finite element analysis on a train brake disc by this software.
