构架整体时效电阻炉温度控制系统的设计 被引量:4

摘要 转向架构架是转向架的重要承载部件,是转向架其它各零部件的安装基础,在转向架构架生产、组装过程中,对温度控制的好坏直接影响着转向架的质量,因此温度控制是构架整体时效电阻炉系统的关键技术。在普通模糊控制器的基础上提出了一种新型的模糊PID控制应用于构架整体时效电阻炉温度控制系统,该系统控制精度高,超调量小,能满足控制要求。 Frame was the important supporting part of the bogie which could be equipped with other components. During the production and the assembly process of the bogie frame, the temperature control could influence on the quality of the bogie direcly, so temperature control was the key technology in the aging Resistance Furnace System of the whole Framework, RFSF. It was presented a modified fuzzy PID(P-Proportion, I-Integral, D-Differential Coefficient) control into the RFSF' s Temperature Control System .The System had the property of precision high control and small overshoot, could satisfy the control needs.
